The terms that apply when you use this website or enrol in a course with Airline Institute.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Airline Institute website and your enrolment in any course, training programme or placement support service offered by Airline and Airport Jobs Guide, Trivandrum.
By using this website or enrolling in a course, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the website or our services.
Use of the Website
- The content on this website is provided for general information about our courses, careers and admissions.
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading enquiry information.
- All logos, text, photographs and videos on this website belong to Airline Institute unless stated otherwise and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Admissions and Enrolment
- Submitting an enquiry or admission form is a request for information and does not by itself confirm a seat in any batch.
- Enrolment is confirmed only after the required documents are verified and the applicable fee is received.
- Seats in each batch are limited and are allotted on a first-confirmed basis.
- Applicants must provide accurate age, education and identity details. Admission may be withdrawn if information is found to be false.
Fees and Payments
- Course fees, instalment options and any applicable certification or examination charges are communicated in writing before enrolment.
- External certification and examination fees charged by third-party bodies are set by those bodies and are payable in addition to course fees unless stated otherwise.
- Fees, batch dates and course structure may be revised for future batches; students already enrolled continue under the terms agreed at enrolment.
Training and Placement Support
Airline Institute provides training, interview preparation, grooming, resume support and referrals to hiring partners in aviation, logistics, travel and hospitality.
Hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer. Placement support means active assistance and referrals throughout the process; it is not a guarantee of employment, salary, location or job role. Outcomes depend on attendance, performance, communication skills, medical and physical requirements, background checks and employer demand at the time.
Student Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain regular attendance, professional grooming and respectful conduct on campus, during industry visits and at interviews.
- Airline Institute may suspend or discontinue training for misconduct, harassment, falsification of records, or repeated absence, without refund of fees paid.
Photography and Media Consent
Photographs and videos taken during classes, events, industry visits and placements may be used by Airline Institute for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you do not wish to appear in such material, tell us in writing and we will exclude or remove you.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Airline Institute is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from a hiring decision made by an employer. Our total liability in connection with any course is limited to the fees you have paid for that course.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, so please review it periodically.
